Pritesh has been a Director and Lead Assessor with Adhyayan Quality Education Services since 2012. During this time, he has conducted over 130 school reviews and training programmes across state and national board schools in the states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Jharkhand. He has observed over 2,000 classrooms, conducted more than 100 learning walks, over 100 book looks, and engaged in more than 200 focused group interactions with various stakeholders during the course of these reviews.
In his capacity as Director at Adhyayan Services, Pritesh has managed operations and coordination for school networks such as the All India Don Bosco Education Society, City Montessori School, and the Jesuit Schools Network. He has also contributed to international consultancy projects, including the School Leadership Development Programme for the National College of Teaching and Leadership, UK. Additionally, he oversees the finance, budgeting, audit, taxation, and legal aspects of Adhyayan Quality Education Services.
