A good school listens

At Fazlani L’Académie Globale, we believe in the power of community. Our school is not just a place, it’s a feeling, a shared commitment, and a promise that everyone in it matters and contributes to our collective growth.

One of the most impactful things we do at Fazlani L’Académie Globale is fostering entrepreneurial mindsets through our Studentpreneur and Teacherpreneur programs. These initiatives empower students and teachers by giving them real agency, encouraging leadership, and nurturing innovation.

Our Studentpreneur program inspires young learners to identify problems, think creatively, and develop practical solutions. For instance, students have designed eco-friendly products and initiated social impact projects. These initiatives, led by students, have made a significant difference in our school community. They run masterclasses, mentor their peers, and pitch their ideas, building confidence, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Similarly, our Teacherpreneur initiative redefines professional development by encouraging teachers to take ownership of their learning and growth. Teachers are empowered to lead masterclasses for colleagues, share best practices, and introduce innovative teaching strategies that enhance classroom experiences. This dynamic exchange of ideas strengthens our teaching community, keeps practices fresh, and promotes a culture of continuous learning.

As a leader, I actively nurture and guide our Studentpreneurs and Teacherpreneurs. My role is to provide support and resources, not to dictate their actions. Whether mentoring students as they refine their ideas or encouraging teachers to step out of their comfort zones and lead sessions, I strive to create a space where creativity, initiative, and risk-taking are celebrated.

These programs are vital because they cultivate independence, resilience, and leadership—the skills that define successful individuals in today’s fast-changing world. By allowing students and teachers to lead, create, and innovate, we are not only shaping a school community that thrives on agency, purpose, and a shared commitment to excellence, but also preparing them for a successful future.

These moments fuel my passion for this work. When we give students and teachers the freedom to innovate and the trust to lead, we ignite their potential. My message is simple: Growth happens when we take the wheel, step on the gas, and drive our own learning journey!
