With a foundation in HR and people analytics, Riya is passionate about building environments that are organised yet flexible, inclusive yet purposeful, and believes that well-supported teams are essential to sustained change in education.
Beyond work, she finds balance in both stillness and movement—crocheting as a way to slow down and reflect, and spending time on the badminton court or practising yoga to stay grounded and energised.
