Diksha Wadhwa works at Adhyayan Quality Education Services as a Programme Manager for AQS reviews. She holds a Master’s degree in Education from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Delhi.
She has previously worked with Apnalaya, Mumbai, where as a deputy program manager, she played a key role in project management, programme design, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement across diverse contexts. Her experience includes translating on-ground realities into responsive programme decisions and building collaborative relationships with educators, school leaders, government bodies, and communities.
Diksha’s work is guided by a commitment to equity and recognition of diverse experiences. She is interested in contributing to educational processes that are socially responsive and rooted in the realities of schools and communities.
