Communications Associate

We are currently looking for a Communications Manager/Associate to plan and execute Adhyayan’s Social Media & Communication Strategy.

  •  Brand strategy development:
    • Working closely with CEO and BD & Relations Lead, assisting in creation and execution of the company’s branding strategy to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align branding efforts with overall business goals.
  • Content creation/Social media management:
    • Develop engaging and attractive content for various platforms keeping the Vision and Mission at the forefront including, but not limited to, Website, SM, Newsletters and Annual Reports etc.
    • Creation and oversight of  content calendars 
    • Ensuring timely updates to maintain brand visibility 
    • Aligning content creation  with the overall goal to reach and engage relevant stakeholders which results in potential clients.
  • Market research and analysis:
    • Studying latest trends and curating content as per the trends to increase brand’s reach.
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
    • Analyse the branding initiatives and provide actionable insights and data for continuous improvement.
  • Reporting and analytics:
    • Track and report on the branding and communication efforts, using metrics and analytics to measure success.
    • Regular updates to the senior management on branding initiatives and outcomes 
    • Monthly analysis and reporting  of social media engagement and impact numbers.
  • Collateral creation 
    • Create presentation decks, reports including the annual report, newsletters, a document on data highlights and brief case studies of impact on assessors, school leaders and school owners.
    • Develop an internal communications strategy so that everyone is informed and aware of what others are doing.

The individual need to be 

  • Fluent in English. 
  • Conversant with Canva or Photoshop/any design tool, Zoom, and Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Hands on experience on WordPress and web development tools.
  • Be task oriented – able to take on and finish work without being asked.
  • Good with communication skills on the phone and in person.
  • Driven by excellence – wanting to do the work to the satisfaction of the person to whom it is to be submitted.
  • Good listener, asking questions and seeking clarification to do the job well.
  •  Keen to get feedback and use it to improve.

The compensation will be based on prior experience.. 
Please Note: We will organise transportation, accommodation, and food for the days you are required to be on the field.
