Geeta Varshneya firmly believes that all human beings want to do good work and be recognised for the same. This positive approach has helped her in creating successful teams. Geeta has attended the best of educational institutes and has made her mark in them as well, ranging from LSR to Princeton, among other eminent institutions.
Geeta has been leading schools for more than two decades, catapulting them to the next level. At present, she is an Education Director at Shriram Global School, Greater Noida West. As an instructional leader, her innovations and progress chart in school education has been noteworthy, specifically in creating and improving systems, curriculum planning, school audits, teacher appraisal, motivation and training, and differentiated teaching (fructifying excellent academic results across boards and curriculums). An ACER-certified trainer in Strategic Leadership, she has conducted trainings for principals of CBSE schools all over India in Strategic Leadership and in NEP 2020.
Her involvement with Adhyayan goes back 7 years, during which she has done numerous school improvement audits, enriching her with every experience.
