Kaye Jacob has spent her entire career in education, starting as a public school teacher in her native Minnesota. Her journey in international education began in Tokyo and has included working as a teacher, guidance counselor and senior administrator in schools in Japan, Egypt and India. Before returning to the US in 2017, she was the principal of The Heritage School in Gurgaon. She has also been extensively involved in conducting workshops on such topics as cross-cultural sensitivity, child protection and language arts education, along with chairing accreditation visits to schools in Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Currently, she is academic director at the Maharishi School in Fairfield, Iowa.
Kaye holds a BS degree with distinction in Secondary Language Arts education and a master’s in educational policy and administration, with an emphasis on Comparative and International Development Education, both from the University of Minnesota.
