Manju is an experienced educator. Her qualifications include M.Sc. (Physics), B.Ed., and she is also the recipient of the National Teachers Award 1999, Pride of India award, Inspiring Educators award, Acharya Siromani Award, etc. Schools under her leadership have excelled as the best schools in the country. She has over 50 years of diverse educational experience, including 30 years as Principal of Schools with CBSE, Cambridge, and IBO curricula.
She is currently a Senior Trainer with the NGO Adhyayan Quality Education Foundation, a School Assessor with Adhyayan Quality Education Services, an advisor to a group of schools in Delhi and Punjab, and a Senior Trainer with Pearson, CBSE, Cambridge International, Image Consultants, I—Create, etc. She is also a life member of the Association of Physics Teachers, IIM Ahmedabad Alumni Association etc.
She tries her best to enhance “the Learning, Development, and Happiness Quotient” of the people in her sphere of influence and control.
