With over 15 years of experience of working as a Senior Leader, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and enhancing student success. Her journey reflects pure dedication and determination to excel from being a teacher to leading a school in the capacity of a Vice Principal. She is passionate about working with the young minds and is regularly reviewing the curriculum to incorporate the latest pedagogy. Namita is a lead assessor with Adhyayan and is also into teacher training. Currently, she is the Head of Department of a Cambridge school – Little Angels’ International School, Sion, Mumbai. As one of the founding leaders, she has played a pivotal role in curriculum development initiatives, aligning teaching materials and implementing innovative instructional strategies.
