Nitin Padte is an experienced educationist with over two decades of leadership in international schools, including roles such as Principal, Director, and Head of Secondary School. With deep roots in the International Baccalaureate (IB) and United World Colleges movements, he has served as an IB examiner, consultant, workshop leader, and school visiting team leader.
He is currently a Senior Trainer with Adhyayan Education Quality Foundation in Goa, working on state-level education improvement programmes. In addition, he teaches Economics at The Learning Centre and Paradise School, Goa.
Previously, Nitin held leadership positions at institutions such as Mushtifund Saunstha, Rajasthani Sammelan Education Trust, Don Bosco International School, and Ecole Mondiale World School. His work consistently integrates strong values of community service, inclusive education, teacher development, and student well-being.
Earlier in his career, he also worked as a journalist with prominent publications such as the Indian Express and The Independent.
He holds a BA in Economics and an MA in History (2nd rank in the university) from the University of Bombay.
