Paul Machado is a seasoned Education Consultant with more than 40 years of distinguished experience across the educational landscape. His leadership journey includes serving as Principal of Campion School, Mumbai (2003–2020), where his visionary approach propelled the institution to be ranked among India’s top schools for seven consecutive years. Following his tenure as principal, he took on the role of Director of Education, further expanding his impact on school communities.

Paul holds a Master’s in Arts, a B.Ed., and a Diploma in Computer Science, equipping him with a unique blend of academic and technical expertise. A passionate advocate for student-focused leadership, he is recognized for championing continuous faculty improvement and fostering environments where both students and teachers thrive.

As a respected leader in professional development, Paul has conducted numerous national and international workshops on leadership and teacher training, inspiring educators across borders. His expertise in strategic planning, school improvement, and leadership training is matched by his commitment to holistic education—evidenced by his sessions on emotional intelligence, differentiated classrooms, and motivation.

Paul’s contributions have been widely recognized, most notably with the DEROZIO Award (CISCE, 2017) for Education & Human Enrichment and the Extraordinary Leadership Award (2019) by Education World. He has served as President of the Association of Heads of Anglo-Indian Schools in India and is currently the Honorary Chair of EUMIND (Europe Meets India). Additionally, he has worked with Adhyayan Quality Services as a Lead Assessor, supporting schools in their pursuit of excellence.
