With nearly two decades of experience in education, Ranjana believes in concept-based, skill-driven teaching that fosters critical thinking and self-directed learning. She has held various roles, including Hindi teacher, Head of Faculty, Middle School Coordinator, and Professional Development In-Charge at reputed institutions in Mumbai. She tries to focus on blending pedagogy with real-world applications, aiming to create responsible, reflective learners. Academically, she holds an M.Phil. and M.A. in Hindi Literature. Beyond work, she enjoys reading Hindi literature, traveling, and music.
