Over more than 12 years, Rinku has worked in the education sector. She has previously worked with Muktangan (a Mumbai-based NGO) as a School Head and continues to work with Adhyayan Quality Education Services and other educational organisations. She worked a a Senior Researcher on multiple projects with Adhyayan Quality Education Services. She has been a part of 30+ School Reviews and 4 Teacher Reviews with Adhyayan. She also continues to facilitate training sessions and workshops, creating content or researching with other organisations.
She has completed her Msc (with a specialisation in Human Development) and her B.Ed. She is a self-taught artist and a certified Art Based Therapy (ABT) practitioner. Under her initiative “Shunya”, using Art-Based Therapy, she conducts one-on-one as well as group therapy sessions and workshops for adults and children. She has completed the SEE Learning Educator Preparation and SEE Learning L1 Facilitation course from the Center for Contemplative Science and Compassion-Based Ethics developed by Emory University.
