Rricha Shankar started her career as an HR Executive with Tata Motors Ltd. She switched to working in the field of education 18 years back. She has been an educator in various schools across the country. In her last tenure in Heritage Xperiential Learning School in Gurugram, she designed and delivered learning expeditions rooted in the experiential learning pedagogy. As a certified Instructional Leader, she has mentored the resident teachers and continues training teachers as a freelance trainer, further testament to her commitment to educational excellence and mentorship. As a freelance assessor, Rricha joined the team of assessors from Adhyayan this year for her first ever school review. As a post graduate in Psychology, she is committed to helping individuals of varied age groups unlock their full potential and achieve personal and professional growth by fostering self-discovery and resilience.
