Seema started her career as a Marketing and Retail professional. She then began teaching postgraduate students Marketing. Following that, she joined an educational tech start-up, Xyo, which prepared students for Mathematics and Maths Olympiads, working as a content developer and student counsellor. Subsequently, she worked as an educational content writer and as a consultant with Tata Trusts for their digital library project, gaining a breadth of experience in education.
Interacting with different stakeholders—including students, educators, parents, and civil society organisations—has led to enriching experiences for her. One of her biggest strengths is her ability to communicate and build relationships with people. Currently, she works with Adhyayan as a Lead and Associate Assessor, supporting schools through collaborative school reviews. She is also a certified Khan Academy Teacher Trainer.
