She works with school teams; school leaders, social workers, school coaches and counsellors to empower students and communities to develop skills, knowledge and mindsets to lead empowered lives.
In her 12 years of professional experience as an educator, she has gained experience in different roles; teacher, pre-primary coordinator, school principal and in organization’s leadership as Director of Schools for Mumbai.
In each of these roles, she was able to influence and witness numerous success stories of students, parents, teachers and team members.
Her professional experience before her engagement in the social sector was in working with corporate companies in Finance and Customer Service.
