Shubadra has been in the leadership role for 20+ years and has worked in eminent schools like Diamond Jubilee High School, Our Lady Perpetual Succour, Fort Convent and Shishuvan. At Shishuvan (ICSE), she was instrumental in starting the School Parliament that helped honing students to take up leadership roles. Currently, she is the founder principal of a Cambridge school, Little Angels’ International School (LAIS) situated in Mumbai.
She has also been a British Council Ambassador and a panelist for Assessment of action plans and dossiers of schools applying for the International School Award conducted by the British Council.
In the current position as Principal of Little Angels’ International School, she continues to promote the need to develop student leaders and student voices. Although the school is in its nascent stage, she has started school committees that involve all the primary and lower secondary learners to work alongside the Leadership Team, parent leaders and staff and take decisions that govern the running of the school. The school under her able guidance is also working towards becoming a “Green School”. Her aim is to ensure that there are plenty of opportunities created to hone the skills of every learner to become a successful 21st century learner.

She is a lead assessor at Adhyayan, and has reviewed several schools in India helping them critically review the learning journey of every child, their philosophy and pedagogy, the resources made available and the efficiency in the working of the leadership team towards providing quality education.
