Ujwala began her journey with Adhyayan in 2016 as a Junior Accountant and has since grown into her current role as Accounts Head, managing accounts, financial management, and compliance. Every step of this journey has been filled with learning, growth, and memorable experiences that have shaped her professional path.
Adhyayan’s vision, “A Good School for Every Child,” continues to inspire her, reinforcing her commitment to an organization that makes a meaningful impact on children’s lives.
Ujwala takes immense pride in her skills and development, made possible with the guidance and mentorship of Kavita and Pritesh. Their support has played a key role in refining Ujwala’s expertise and confidence in taking on new challenges.
Beyond work, Ujwala has a deep love for cooking. Experimenting with new recipes from YouTube and receiving feedback from her family – especially her husband and two sons – has become a cherished tradition, with each dish rated out of 10. Recently, her family grew with the adoption of HOPE, a little puppy she now lovingly calls her third son. Embracing the joys of pet parenthood, Ujwala is thoroughly enjoying this new chapter as HOPE’s mumma.
