Vibhika is passionate about teaching children. Being a mother and an enthusiastic and a committed facilitator has made her believe that learning happens for a purpose. She believes in lifelong learning and reflection as practices for all human beings. She began her career as a homeroom teacher at Bombay International School and has grown into the role of an Early Years Coordinator. She has excellent interpersonal skills, having worked with diverse stakeholders (parents, students, other teachers and school leaders). She also has skills with building appropriate assessments, working on curriculum development and documentation, and successfully executing the Primary Years Programme at her school. She has also engaged in professional development throughout her career, embodying the value of lifelong learning. She supports other schools and educators as well as a facilitator and an assessor with Adhyayan. Outside of education, she enjoys cooking and calligraphy.
