Founded in 2011 by educationists Kavita Anand and Spokey Wheeler, Adhyayan emerged from the realisation that our idea of a "good school" often differs from “what good looks like”. Our mission is to spark a collaborative movement in education, shifting from a "one size fits all" model to a truly student-centred approach.

Delivering whole-school, evidence-based reviews using the Adhyayan Quality Standard framework in three modes: face-to-face, assisted, and online, leading to continuous improvement plans.

The Community of Practice (CoP)

Supporting schools during the COVID-19 pandemic with the transition to online learning, this initiative has evolved into a monthly online forum where educators and the public share best practices and collaboratively address challenges.
