Position Summary
We are currently looking for a Communications Manager/Associate to plan and execute Adhyayan’s Social Media & Communication Strategy.
Principal Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Brand strategy development:
- Working closely with CEO and BD & Relations Lead, assisting in creation and execution of the company’s branding strategy to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align branding efforts with overall business goals.
- Content creation/Social media management:
- Develop engaging and attractive content for various platforms keeping the Vision and Mission at the forefront including, but not limited to, Website, SM, Newsletters and Annual Reports etc.
- Creation and oversight of content calendars
- Ensuring timely updates to maintain brand visibility
- Aligning content creation with the overall goal to reach and engage relevant stakeholders which results in potential clients.
- Market research and analysis:
- Studying latest trends and curating content as per the trends to increase brand’s reach.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
- Analyse the branding initiatives and provide actionable insights and data for continuous improvement.
- Reporting and analytics:
- Track and report on the branding and communication efforts, using metrics and analytics to measure success.
- Regular updates to the senior management on branding initiatives and outcomes
- Monthly analysis and reporting of social media engagement and impact numbers.
- Collateral creation
- Create presentation decks, reports including the annual report, newsletters, a document on data highlights and brief case studies of impact on assessors, school leaders and school owners.
- Develop an internal communications strategy so that everyone is informed and aware of what others are doing.
Requirements
The individual need to be
- Fluent in English.
- Conversant with Canva or Photoshop/any design tool, Zoom, and Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Hands on experience on WordPress and web development tools.
- Be task oriented – able to take on and finish work without being asked.
- Good with communication skills on the phone and in person.
- Driven by excellence – wanting to do the work to the satisfaction of the person to whom it is to be submitted.
- Good listener, asking questions and seeking clarification to do the job well.
- Keen to get feedback and use it to improve.
Compensation
The compensation will be based on prior experience..
Please Note: We will organise transportation, accommodation, and food for the days you are required to be on the field.
